Delivery services
The company will deliver the materials specified in the order to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery will be made using a vehicle (Van or lorry) at the agreed-upon date and time, subject to availability and external circumstances.
Delivery charges
delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly outlines at the time of order. And additional charges occurred during the delivery, such as tolls, parking fees, or special delivery requirements, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be billed accordingly ,
Inspection of goods
The customer should inspect all materials at the time of delivery, It is the customers responsibility to ensure the the materials are correct, undamaged, and meet the agreed specifications upon receipt.
Reporting any damages
Any damages to materials / property must be reported to the compony within FIVE (5) DAYS of delivery. If the Customer fails to report damages within the time frame, the company will not be held liable for any damage claims
; to report damages, the customer should contact the company directly via email - info@pro-traders.co.uk or phone 01932788201. The report should include a description of the damage and photographs, where applicable, of the damaged goods / area.
Limitation of Liability
The company will not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the delivery process, except for damages to the materials coursed during transit, provided such damages are reported in accordance with the process out lines in REPORTING DAMAGAES
Delivery schedule
The campany will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed - upon delivery time, but the company is not liable for any delays coursed by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances
Access to delivery location
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible by the vehicle. If the vehicle cannot access the location due to obstacles or unsafe conditions, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges or delays incurred as a result.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address and contact number.
The Purchases section is for businesses that sell online (physical or digital).
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the ownership of these content.
