Mannok-Therm CAVITY sheets 100mm x 1200mm x 450mm (Partial Fill)

Wall PIR Insulation Board is a high performance, fibre free board, with a rigid thermoset insulation core and faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing.

Mannok Therm MC PIR is a polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board ideally designed to be used in masonry walls with partial fill cavity insulation. These boards are crafted with a core of PIR foam connected on both sides to the composite facings.

The built-in gas filled cells in Mannok Therm PIR provides high thermal performance and strength to them within the cavity.

The low emissivity foil facings increase the thermal resistance an unventilated cavity adjacent to the insulation, reducing the overall U-value of the wall.

The good dimensional tolerances of the Mannok Therm MC PIR Insulation board enable it to be tightly butted to form a continuous layer of insulation. Joints can then be easily taped with an aluminium foil tape to provide an effective vapour control layer.

The insulation used within the cavity greatly differs the thermal performance of the masonry walls.
